You will take ownership of your cases, provide expert advice to clients, liaise with third parties such as estate agents and lenders, and ensure smooth and timely completions while maintaining excellent client care. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with substantial experience in residential property conveyancing. You will be confident in handling complex transactions, proactive in managing your workload, and skilled at building strong client relationships.
