Private M&A Associate, 2-5 PQE, London

Our client's highly regarded Corporate team is recognised for the quality of its transactional and advisory work. The business is of a scale and quality which can comfortably handle large matters, whilst still retaining a personal touch and the flexibility to assist on daily business. From guiding tech start-ups through their financing rounds, to acting for household name clients, the team is resourced to handle matters of any scale or complexity. Highly ranked in Chambers 2025 for Corporate M&A: £10-100 million in London, the team is well-known for its trusted relationships and specialist sector expertise, including technology, media, retail and consumer and financial services, acting for some of the largest and best-known brands across these sectors. You will have previous experience, or an interest in, the technology and / or retail and consumer sectors and will be keen to develop sector expertise. With a focus on Private M&A, there will be opportunity to be involved in some public M&A, JVs and corporate advisory matters, depending on deal flow at any given time. You will be encouraged and supported to help to drive the business forwards and will have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement. Suitable candidates will be Common Law qualified.
