The Role As part of one of the largest Private Client Advisory teams in the East of England comprising over 50 specialist lawyers, including seven partners, you will: Manage a varied caseload covering wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning Work closely with the Kent Team Leader, partners, and colleagues across multiple offices Act autonomously while mentoring junior lawyers and trainees Take full ownership of client relationships and business development initiatives Draft bespoke deeds, documents, advice notes, and correspondence tailored to clients’ needs The Work & Value The team handles complex, high-value matters for individuals, families, trustees, and family-owned businesses both in the UK and overseas.
