Cutover Manager – EPR Implementation We’re seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the transition from legacy systems to EPR go-live. You’ll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cutover plan , ensuring all readiness activities are in place, and driving a smooth, coordinated go-live in a complex healthcare environment. Key Requirements: Proven track record in EPR cutover delivery within NHS or healthcare settings. Strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams during high-pressure transitions. Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex cutover strategies. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
