Live Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor North of Colchester Salary: Up to £90,000 Benefits Package ️ Client: Developer – Residential (Traditional Build) I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established high-end residential developer on a major new scheme based just north of Colchester. This traditional build development will deliver 485 bespoke new homes, ranging from 1 to 5-bedroom houses, offering a fantastic long-term opportunity for a commercially astute QS. The Company A family-run business with a strong reputation for delivering quality residential schemes across the South of England. With a turnover of £100m and a clear five-year plan to reach £200m by 2028, now is a great time to join. The Role You’ll take on a key commercial role, managing costs across the full project lifecycle — from procurement through to final accounts — ensuring the smooth and profitable delivery of this flagship scheme.
