This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in the motor trade to join a well-established, customer-focused dealership. About the Role: As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, managing a team of skilled technicians and service advisors to deliver the highest standards of customer care, productivity, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve departmental targets Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service Manage workshop loading, efficiency, and quality control Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key metrics (CSI, WIP, etc.) Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies Work closely with other departments to optimise aftersales performance About You: Must have proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealership Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability Knowledge of DMS systems and manufacturer service processes What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-related bonus Manufacturer and in-house training opportunities Staff discount schemes across our group Long-standing, supportive team environment The chance to join a respected local business with strong community ties
