Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor Birmingham | Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience) On behalf of our client , we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing legal team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected firm handling high-quality real estate matters across a broad range of sectors. The Role The successful candidate will manage a busy and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, and landlord and tenant work. You’ll work with a wide client base including investors, developers, SMEs, and occupiers, offering commercially focused legal advice and transactional support. Key Responsibilities Handling commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, leases, licences, and related documents. Advising clients on lease arrangements, development projects, and property finance matters. Conducting due diligence and title reviews. Managing client relationships and maintaining high service standards. Working collaboratively with colleagues across other departments when needed. Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law. Proven experience handling your own caseload. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills. A proactive, professional, and commercial approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
