Vehicle Workshop Controller – Join Our Team! Location: Dudley Motor Company Salary: Competitive, plus bonus Hours: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Vehicle Workshop Controller to join our busy Service Department. You will play a vital role in ensuring our workshop operates efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our technicians are supported in delivering top-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Manage and allocate work to technicians to maximise productivity Oversee workshop workflow and ensure jobs are completed on time Liaise between Service Advisors, Parts, and Technicians to keep communication clear Monitor quality of work, ensuring manufacturer standards are met Maintain accurate job records and update systems promptly Support health & safety compliance in the workshop What We’re Looking For: Must have previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Service Technician Excellent organisational and leadership skills Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach Good IT skills and experience with dealer management systems (DMS) Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Manufacturer training and career development opportunities Staff discount schemes Friendly, supportive working environment
