What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of project delivery, from safety and programme management to commercial performance and quality. You’ll also play a key role in shaping business strategy and driving cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: Leading strategic project teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives Driving operational rigour, workforce planning, and project resourcing Overseeing engineering feasibility, buildability, and value engineering Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across all touchpoints Supporting pre-construction activities and contributing to tender success Ensuring commercial success and robust project controls Building and mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability You’ll be expected to bring extensive knowledge of modern construction methods, industry regulations, and health and safety practices. You’ll be confident making decisions under pressure, building strong relationships with clients and consultants, and leading with clarity and purpose. We’re looking for someone with proven experience leading project teams within a construction business, with deep expertise across all aspects of project and contract management. You’ll be a confident communicator, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative leader who can inspire teams and deliver results.
