Up to 5 paid volunteering days each year THE SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ROLE: As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements through world-class manufacturing principles. You will use manufacturing data to identify and resolve issues, lead root cause analysis, and contribute to the introduction of new products and processes. This is a hands-on role working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure performance, quality, and efficiency targets are met and exceeded. SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS: HND (minimum) in Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related discipline Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes across multiple technologies Proven track record in delivering improvements to production efficiency and quality Skilled in root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean and Six Sigma principles Ability to interpret manufacturing data and communicate solutions effectively Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and design for manufacture (DFM) TO BE CONSIDERED: Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via ryan.baker@searchability.com.
