Job Title: Press Machine Operative Location: Lisburn Area Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time ( Mid Shift) 1500 - 2300 Monday to Thursday, 1200 to 1830 Friday Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Press Machine Operative to join our client's busy manufacturing team in the Lisburn area. This is a hands-on role working with compression equipment to produce high-quality components. Ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, this position offers long-term career potential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Operate compression moulding presses in a fast-paced production environment. Load raw materials and unload finished components. Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks. Perform tool changeovers and assist with machine setup. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Report any faults or issues to the supervisor. Always follow health and safety procedures Requirements : Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operative role is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
