Project Manager - Electrical/Mechanical Location: Brent Cross, London Sector: Data Centre Construction / Power Generation Employment : Full-Time We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead a major data centre and power generation project in Brent Cross. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, working closely with clients and teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Act as a role model in leadership, demonstrating ownership and accountability across all project phases. Engage with clients at a high level, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are nurtured. Oversee project controls, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key customers to deliver successful outcomes. Drive strategic planning and contribute to business analysis and development. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Identify risks and opportunities, making informed decisions to optimise project success. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing engineering projects, ideally within the energy or power sectors. Proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong commercial acumen and experience in preconstruction, procurement, and execution. Advanced project management skills including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
