EXCLUSIVE to Kitson Associates Estimator - New Build Housing East Midlands/hybrid Up to £65,000 package Kitson Associates is pleased to be EXCLUSIVELY working with a leading housebuilder who is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their small established East Midlands team. Role and Responsibilities The Estimator will set, agree, review and deliver targets, along with producing accurate and timely reports for the business Identify, escalate and manage any commercial issues Responsible for the preparation of cost plans for both the appraisal of development opportunities and land acquisition itself. Work closely with both internal and external customers Ensure that all estimating work required to deliver the budget is completed accurately Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of Estimating experience working for a UK housebuilder/main contractor Confident in building relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Solutions-focused and work in a straightforward way to ensure the commercial team meets its targets.
