We are keen to speak with candidates with proven insurance litigation experience Property Damage Solicitor – 3 PQE This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding commercial insurance team handling complex and exciting work for a range of clients. Location: Birmingham Work pattern: Hybrid Salary: £50,000–£60,000 (Dependent on Experience) Level: Solicitor or Legal Executive 3 Years’ PQE Opportunity to gain experience of complex litigation work The work undertaken by the team is very varied and includes a range of property damage, subrogated recovery and coverage litigation. In particular, successful candidates can expect to advise on: Fire, flood, construction and subsidence claims Subrogated recoveries and coverage disputes Liability defence and strategic advisory work Contribute to BD initiatives and client training Mentor junior fee earners and support team development Confident litigators Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years’ PQE Experience in property damage, subrogated loss or wider insurance litigation Excellent drafting, analytical and client-handling skills Commercially aware and collaborative in approach Expanding Birmingham team offering excellent progression Access to high-value, technically complex litigation Join a growing Midlands team with national reach Competitive salary and flexible hybrid working Clear progression pathways with Partner-level support Work with a premium client base across the insurance sector This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving team at a time of strategic growth.
