Shift Process Manager - Manufacturing Dungannon | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE | Rotating Shifts A leading local manufacturer is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join their operations team in Dungannon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong process and production experience to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced environment. The Role As Shift Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading your team and ensuring that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee all shift operations, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage shift operations and production staff to deliver against schedules. Monitor and control process parameters, responding to any deviations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and coordinate with QA teams. Oversee shift handovers, maintain accurate records and reports. Work closely with maintenance to align repair schedules with production needs. Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. What You'll Need 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment. Strong understanding of process control systems and production operations. Proven problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role desirable. Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills. A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership. What's on Offer Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. Rotating day and night shift pattern (3 days one week / 3 nights the next).
