Chef de Partie Location: Outskirts of Welwyn Garden City (Own Transport Recommended) Salary: £29,000 TRONC Excellent Benefits Contract: Full-Time Quest Employment is delighted to be recruiting for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join a unique, independent venue on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City . This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple outlets including farm-to-table restaurants, a state-of-the-art cookery school, wedding & event spaces, and a kitchen garden supplying seasonal produce. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards. Ensure portioning, recipe adherence, and plate presentation are consistently excellent. Supervise and support junior chefs in daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene regulations. Monitor stock levels and report to the sous chef. Assist with menu development and the creation of seasonal dishes. Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie , or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up. Passion for fresh, seasonal, and high-quality food. Strong team player with excellent attention to detail. Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
