Senior Project Manager - Offices / Cut & Carve

The Shore Group have been assigned on behalf of Fit Out Main Contractor who specialise in Commercial Fit Out projects (both CAT A and CAT B) with a focus on cut and carve office projects. Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and delivering prestigious projects within London. This position would suit those currently working at Project Manager level seeking to increase their autonomy and project portfolio value. Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally match the following: Currently working for a Main Contractor which must include experience of leading cut and carve office fit out projects Project value experience between £7 Million - £40 Million Currently responsible for a minimum of £20 Million Turnover, ideally £40 Million Able to write a project programme Involvement in the tender process would be preferred
