Principal to Associate Planner

As they grow across the UK, they’re looking for a talented Principal to Associate - level Town Planner to help drive their Bristol office forward. You’ll work on impactful projects from day one and be a key voice in client strategy, planning submissions, and project leadership. What you’ll be doing: Leading planning applications, appeals & local plan promotions Advising on major residential and mixed-use schemes Building trusted client relationships and mentoring junior team members Bringing fresh ideas to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team What we’re looking for: 5 years' planning experience, ideally MRTPI Ideally strong residential, commercial and education knowledge and a knack for strategy (but open to all sectors of experience) Confident communicator with a proactive, ambitious mindset Passion for shaping sustainable places What’s in it for you: Competitive salary Real progression Flexible, supportive team with autonomy from day one A clear role in shaping the future of the Bristol office Ready to take your planning career to the next level?
