Creative Project Manager Location: Manchester (4 days in studio / 1 day WFH) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £38,000 Are you ready to work on campaigns for one of the world’s most iconic brands? We’re working with a fast-paced creative agency that’s looking for a Creative Account Manager to deliver brand activations and retail campaigns on a global scale. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact creative projects in the retail sector — managing work that’s seen in stores across the world. What you’ll be doing: Own and manage creative campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery Act as the bridge between clients and the studio — shaping briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring top-quality execution Oversee the workflow from concept development to artwork sign-off Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations and deadlines Support campaign launches, quality control, and occasional in-store visits Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery Develop client-facing presentations and provide clear progress updates Look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a creative or retail-focused account/project management role A solid understanding of the creative process and how to bring briefs to life Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills A sharp eye for detail and high design standards Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Confident working directly with clients and internal teams A collaborative, proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset Why join?
