Corporate Partner – North West Location: South Manchester / Cheshire (Hybrid – flexible but office-based majority) Salary: Competitive Equity Track A highly rated, Tier 1 law firm in the North West is looking to hire an experienced Corporate or Corporate/Commercial Partner to join their well-established and growing team outside of Manchester city centre. This is a standout opportunity for someone who may be: Feeling stuck at Senior Associate or Legal Director level with no clear route to equity Looking to step away from the politics and bureaucracy of a bigger city firm Wanting a more flexible working environment while maintaining access to high-quality work The Role Advising owner-managed businesses on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructurings, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance Strong pipeline of deal flow and established internal referral network Join a wider Corporate/Commercial team of 15 across multiple offices, with a collaborative, hands-on approach Quality work across sectors such as healthcare, tech, and renewables What’s on Offer Clear, realistic path to Equity Partner High-quality clients and transactions, particularly within the OMB space Tier 1 Legal 500 rated Corporate team Supportive, adult culture with minimal red tape Hybrid working – typically in the office 3 days per week Flexible on salary – tailored to experience and business case The Ideal Candidate Corporate or Corporate/Commercial background (8 PQE likely) Regional network/referral base – ideally with links to Accountants or OMB clients Commercially minded with appetite to grow and develop the practice Based within commutable distance of South Manchester/Cheshire If you're exploring new opportunities and would like a confidential conversation about this role, please get in touch.
