Litigation Solicitor Brighton & Hove – East Sussex ( Hybrid working ) Are you a skilled and dynamic Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge? The Role: This role offers the chance to handle a wide variety of property disputes, primarily for commercial clients, including some high-value and complex cases. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload independently, while also contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment. Key Responsibilities Managing property disputes with confidence and technical precision Acting mainly for commercial clients on a range of cases Working independently and taking ownership of your caseload Collaborating effectively as part of a growing team to drive the department forward About You: Have over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) Possess experience in property litigation (preferred), or a more general litigation background with a desire to specialise in property disputes Be highly organised, self-motivated and dedicated to exceptional client service Exhibit a proactive and business development-focused approach This role is perfect for a talented solicitor looking to make a significant impact in property litigation while being part of a supportive and ambitious team.
