Residential Property Lawyer, 3 PQE – Derbyshire – A forward-thinking law firm in Derbyshire is looking to appoint an additional Residential Property Lawyer – whether a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team. JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer PQE: 3 PQE LOCATION: Derbyshire SALARY: £Dependent on experience THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join growing team and deal with a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Ideally you will have proven experience of providing support and guidance to junior members of the team. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and collaborative team that encourages professional development and innovation. THE CANDIDATE: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing are sought after to join this progressive practice in Derbyshire. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle your own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to completion.
