About the Role: As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling a broad mix of residential transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages Shared ownership Help to Buy Experience with new build matters is highly desirable but not essential You will work within a supportive environment alongside highly experienced conveyancers and solicitors, benefiting from ongoing in-house training and structured development. Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent) Ability to manage a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and legislation Experience with new build transactions is advantageous What’s on Offer?
