Assistant Accountant

Assistant Accountant- Portadown- URGENT Reed Recruitment is working with a successful Portadown Company, who require an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team on a temporary 3-month basis. This role is offering an immediate start, full-time hours and a pay rate of circa £15- £16 per hour, dependent on experience. Job duties: Posting of Accruals and prepayments as well as reconciling Intercompany postings and invoicing Bank Reconciliations - for the banks, Credit cards and prepaid cards Fixed Asset and depreciation journals. Posting of refunds/ banks Creditors and Debtors Ensure that the correct nominals are being used. Helping to accounts function more computerised to help get the information on a timely basis. Recurring bank payments. Essential Criteria A minimum of 2 years recent experience carrying out the above job duties Be immediately available Highly IT Proficient The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Hours of Work Monday- Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch Office based If you would like to be considered for this role then please apply via the link provided.
