We are working with a Top 50 UK law firm , renowned for its rapid growth and client centric approach, to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer 1 years PQE to join their expanding team on the fringes of East London . The Role You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team handling a broad range of conveyancing work , including: Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases New Build transactions Help to Buy & Shared Ownership schemes Islamic Finance Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement Equity Release Landed Estates You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships and take ownership of files, with plenty of support from senior lawyers and the wider property team.
