The Role We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including: Residential sales & purchases Lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement Retirement homes and new build properties Investment property transactions You'll manage transactions from instruction to completion, supporting clients through each stage of the process using our modern client portal system.
