You’ll work on a varied caseload, from breach of contract and property disputes to professional negligence and construction matters, handling both claimant and defendant work. What you’ll be doing: Advising on prospects across a wide range of civil disputes Managing your own caseload under supervision Delivering clear, pragmatic legal advice with a focus on client outcomes Working on cases funded by legal expenses insurance and some private work What we’re looking for: 0–3 years’ PQE with commercial litigation experience Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules Insurance-related experience (desirable) Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines You’ll be joining a collaborative, people-focused firm with offices nationwide, known for its flexibility, supportive culture, and focus on client success.
