With Legal 500 rankings, and recent shortlisting in the ‘Northwest Dealmakers’ awards, they seek to add a skilled corporate Solicitor to bolster their expanding Manchester-based practice. This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded firm, noted for their impressive array of clients and commitment to achieving a healthy work-life balance. You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the three lead Partners, nurturing local/ wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team, at a key point in their growth trajectory. You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors across the complete spectrum of corporate services.
