Senior Counsel Europe & APAC Employment Law Global Banking Group As part of the Global Employment Law Group advising on contentious and non-contentious matters covering the UK, Europe and APAC Provides advice and counsel assist in the management of legal and reputational risk involving employment-related issues in the UK Europe and Asia-Pacific across all of the entities Manage litigation for employment law disputes Provides legal support and advice to functional and business partners with respect to legislative developments of employment standards and other related laws Manages investigations involving allegations of employee misconduct Candidate Profile : Broad range of employment law experience either from private practice or in-house within a bank or financial services firm Ability to understand global issues and operate in a global business Ability to build effective relationships with internal partners, regulators, and external counsel Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills. Strong ability to balance competing work demands and manage multiple priorities. Understanding of the highly regulated banking industry and decision making in a highly regulated environment operating across legal regimes and geographies Qualified Lawyer
