Job Title: Quality Transformation Lead Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months), Inside IR35 Start Date: ASAP - September Location: Hybrid (1 day/week on-site max) DBS: Not required Essential experience - TUPE processes. Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Transformation Lead to manage a critical change programme within adult services, with a strong focus on commissioning, quality assurance, and workforce transformation. This role will lead the implementation of a new commissioning model and oversee the TUPE process, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and transitions are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities Lead the transformation of adult services commissioning from both provider and commissioning perspectives. Implement quality processes aligned with ASC models and CQC standards. Manage workforce change, including TUPE planning and execution. Provide strategic oversight and assurance on quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with health trust partners and respond to pending reports impacting service delivery. Ensure delivery of all transformation objectives by March, with a key milestone on August 20th. Essential Experience Strong background in adult services commissioning. Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement within health or social care. Understanding of provider-side quality standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC). Experience managing complex change programmes and TUPE processes. Ability to work collaboratively across multi-agency teams.
