Their combined experience in advising on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on private equity transactions. The successful candidate will lead and assist on an excellent range of matters across all corporate services, advising clients from OMBs/ SMEs to larger nationals/ blue chip businesses on UK & cross-border deals.
