As we grow across the UK, were looking for 2 Divisional Installation Managers to cover the North (including Scotland) and South of England to lead operations, drive quality, and help scale our installation function across all brands; you will work alongside a counterpart covering the other half of the country. Your Role Lead a regional team of field installation managers, own the end-to-end installation process, and collaborate with recruitment, training, and compliance teams. Youll ensure installations are high-quality, efficient, and safewhile continuously improving how we work. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Field Installation Managers across the North Ensure top-tier installation delivery across all brands Oversee installer recruitment and training coordination Improve processes and drive efficiency Maintain H&S and GDPR compliance What You Bring Senior experience in installations or field opsideally B2C/fitted furniture Strong leadership of remote teams and subcontractors Track record in improving quality and efficiency Commercial acumen and hands-on problem solving Excellent communication and stakeholder skills Why Join Us?
