We are looking for a Managing Director to strategically lead our organisation and also act as the Responsible Individual for our 2 Ofsted-registered children’s homes . This unique dual-role offers the opportunity to shape the culture, standards, and future of a high-quality therapeutic care provision. About the Role As Managing Director, you will: Lead the operational and commercial strategy for the business Drive growth, performance, and long-term sustainability Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team across multiple homes Represent the organisation externally, building relationships with local authorities, regulators, and strategic partners As the Responsible Individual, you will: Be accountable to Ofsted for the quality and compliance of the homes Support and supervise Registered Managers to deliver safe, effective, and child-centred care Oversee safeguarding, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness Lead improvement plans and maintain alignment with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards What We’re Looking For: A proven senior leader in children’s residential care Must meet the criteria to be registered as a Responsible Individual with Ofsted In-depth knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding legislation, and sector best practice Commercially astute with a track record of delivering growth, operational excellence, and outcomes for children A child-first mindset with unwavering integrity and professionalism Why Join Us?
