The school is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and highly effective individual with a strong track record of supporting vulnerable children, managing challenging behaviour, and working with disengaged pupils or those with anxiety disorders. You’ll play a key role in identifying student needs, liaising with parents and carers, and coordinating with external agencies. A strong commitment to raising attendance and attainment —especially for students with SEN—is essential.
