FLT Driver / Team Leader

Team Leader - Warehouse Operations Pershore | Temp to Perm Contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse team in Pershore . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and an FLT Counterbalance licence to secure a long-term role with the potential to go permanent. Shift Options: Sunday to Thursday - 11:00 to 20:00 (£14.95/hr Sunday, £13.35/hr Mon-Thurs) Monday to Friday - 13:00 to 22:00 (occasional 15:00-00:00 shifts as required) - £15.25/hr Key Requirements: FLT Counterbalance licence - mandatory Bendi licence - desirable Previous leadership/supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Ability to manage and support a team to achieve daily targets Strong organisational and communication skills Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and support a team of operatives to ensure smooth warehouse operations Oversee stock movements, loading/unloading and dispatch processes Ensure H&S procedures are followed at all times Work closely with management to meet productivity and quality standards What's on Offer: Enhanced pay rates for overtime Temp to perm opportunity with career progression Supportive team environment Free on-site parking If you're an experienced warehouse professional with leadership skills and an FLT licence, we'd love to hear from you.
