Service Technician

Title: Service Technician Reporting to: F ield Supervisor Location: Ireland Field Based (NI and ROI Based in Strabane area) Principal Objectives: Service and repairs to range of fuel pumps. Service and repairs of Industrialcar wash systems. Service and repairs to range of EV charging equipment. Service and repair of POS systems. Carry out Measurement Verification of fuel dispensers ensuring legislation is adheredtoatall times. Carry out project work in line with service project role and ensure delivered success- fully. Key Responsibilities: Undertakeplannedpreventative maintenance checks onsites. UndertakeannualMeasureChecks. Servicing,troubleshootingandrepairofcustomerwashsystemequipment Carryoutavarietyof projectworkwithintheservicedepartment. AdheretocompanyandregulatoryH&Sproceduresandpolicies at alltimes Attendtraining coursesasworkload dictates. Maintainhighlevelsofpersonalprofessionalisminacustomerfacingrole. Maintainaccuraterecords andreturntimeously. Miscellaneoustasks asrequiredbymanagers/supervisors. Work with Area Controllers to support customers within agreed SLA. As per Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Employees must also Takecareoftheirownhealthandsafetyandthatofothers. Co-operatewiththeiremployers. Not interfere with anything provided in the interest of health and safety. Skills & Abilities Required (Essential): Validfullmanualdriving license. Basicelectricalandmechanicalskills. Have experience in the use of a range of hand tools including screwdrivers, spanners&socket-sets. Flexible approach to the working day that will involve travelling, overtime and workingawayfrom home depending on business needs. Experienceof workingaspart of ateam. Self-motivated and good communication skills. Skills & Abilities Required Electrical/Mechanical/Engineeringqualifications Knowledgeof PCHardware, andNetworking Petrol Forecourt and/or Wash systems or related industry experience desirable but not essential Additional Onceinpositioncandidatetoreceivetraininginlinewith Health&SafetyLaw. Product training will be implemented online and in person in various locations. Subject to 12 month Probation period with review every 6 months.
