Sous Chef – Cotswolds - Dining Pub We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the Head chef and team at a lovely modern British dining pub and restaurant in the heart of the Cotswolds. As the Sous chef you will assist the Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen including cost control, food margin and labour costs within the kitchen and be a key team player in the organ
