Senior Human Resources Manager

We are working with a leading international hotel group to help them find a Senior HR Manager to join their London-based corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence people strategies across a prestigious portfolio of luxury properties throughout Europe and beyond. The Role Lead and deliver cross-regional HR initiatives and global projects Partner closely with hotel HR teams and senior stakeholders to drive engagement, performance, and development Oversee compliance with employment legislation and internal HR standards across multiple markets Implement people programs that reinforce a high-performance, service-led culture across the organisation You'll act as a strategic HR business partner, helping shape the employee experience while supporting leadership teams in upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.
