Job Description

Overview: As a Maintenance Contracts Manager you will be in charge of overseeing the entire lifecycle of a project including drafting, reviewing and maintaining all documents around the project. CJS are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Retail Roofing to manage and oversee large projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contract obligations are met from pre-construction through to completion with a sharp focus on quality, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of contracts involved Manage end to-end project lifecycles, ensuring all works are carried out to specification, on time and within budget. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, onsite staff and internal teams to align expectations and ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Handle all contractual documentation including variations, claims, extensions, and final accounts. Provide technical advice and solutions where required to resolve challenges on site. Ensure full compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and health & safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum 4 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial/retail projects Excellent understanding of contracts Excellent communication skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. CSCS, SMSTS
