Interim Pension and Benefits Analyst

We're currently working alongside a global leading digital organisation going through an exciting period of transformation and are looking for an Interim Pension and Benefits Analyst to join the organisation. The role offers a 12–18 month contract and will play a key role in supporting the development of the organisation’s global pensions and benefits strategy. This role will look to pay £300–£325 per day inside IR35 Ideal candidates will possess the following experience: Experience supporting global and local benefits programmes, including private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance programmes, and flexible benefits. Experience with Global Benefits Management frameworks that drive consistency and cost-effectiveness. Exposure to pension risk management initiatives, including de-risking strategies, liability management, and member communications.
