Senior Commercial Lawyer (8 PQE) Remote with occasional London office time | Permanent | Competitive package An international technology business is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join its growing team. The company develops cutting‑edge solutions at the forefront of secure connected devices and digital transactions, helping shape the future of digital trust, IoT and autonomous transactions within the automotive, mobility and supply chain industries. Working closely with, and deputising for, the General Counsel, you will: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements Advise leadership on contractual, regulatory and cross‑border legal matters Work closely with product and commercial teams to support growth initiatives Navigate legal issues in emerging technologies and digital ecosystems What we’re looking for: UK qualified solicitor, 8 years PQE Strong experience in commercial/technology contracts and international operations Commercially pragmatic, confident with senior stakeholders Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment A strong interest in helping to shape the direction of the legal function for a fast-growth scale-up Tech experience (SaaS/PaaS), or interest in Blockchain technology, a plus Why apply?
