Head of Operations Location: Derbyshire Sector: Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a strategic commercially focused Head of Operations to lead a growing manufacturing business based in the Derbyshire. This is a key leadership role, responsible for commercials, tenders, overseeing site operations, customer relationship management and driving business-wide improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targets Lead on customer relations Tendering & Contracts Ensure robust compliance with COMAH regulations, HSE standards, and all relevant statutory requirements Work closely with the senior leadership team to align operations with broader business goals and customer expectations Requirements: Proven track record in a senior leadership role Experience as a Commercial Manager Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or hazardous environment Strong background in manufacturing Exceptional leadership and communication skills Degree-qualified in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
