Service Supervisor Wanted I am recruiting a dedicated Service Supervisor to lead a robust team of Lead/Service Coordinators. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Your main purpose is to contribute to the effective running of the Service department by providing support to customers, engineers and management. My client is eager to interview for this role and is excited to get started on the recruitment process. Responsibilities: Cover for Lead Service Coordinators and Service Manager during their annual leave. Provide guidance and training to Lead Coordinators. Resolve issues and manage situations effectively. Lead and oversee team activities. Compile client reports and attend meetings. Analyse team performance and implement improvements. Handle escalations and provide feedback. Conduct return-to-work, probation, and development review meetings. Organise workloads and enhance departmental efficiencies. Perform quality control checks and update processes. Assist with recruitment and interviews. Skills & Qualifications: Supervisory or management experience in a service-oriented environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ideally you will have experience within the fire/security sector Ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Experience in creating processes and training materials. Familiarity with recruitment and staff development. Benefits: Competitive salary.
