Known for growing organically and retaining loyal clients through trust, they are now seeking an experienced litigator to join them on a consultancy or fixed-term basis. The role Broad-based litigation caseload – covering commercial disputes, contested wills and probate, and elements of employment litigation (no property litigation at present) Manage your own matters with full autonomy, supported by an approachable team Fixed-term contract or consultancy arrangement available Compensation dependent on experience Who they’re looking for A senior litigator (mid to late career) with the confidence to take on work without the need for training or supervision This firm turns away work rather than compromise client trust, so they’re looking for someone with the same ethos Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to handle matters independently A following is not essential but desired – the firm has a steady flow of work and is currently turning cases away This is not a high-pressure, high-churn environment.
