Commercial Property Manager, Central London West End Property Company Based in London Accountable for a brilliant West End commercial portfolio, of offices with additional retail Manage lease enforcement action to ensure timely rent collection, obligation performance, rent collection and tight financial management/recovery of costs. Able to budget, implement, manage and reconcile service charges. Contribute to team meetings as/where appropriate whilst continually seeking to collaborate and develop new strategies for the assets to drive income, reduce cost through efficiency, Assist with mentoring junior team members. Seek to improve customer experience throughout their experience. Promote the relationship with service partners (agents, sols, contractors) and ensure optimum performance. Knowledge, experience and skills : Ideally MRICS Established commercial Property Management experience Excellent customer service, build relationships with suppliers and coordinate numerous activities. Experience with mixed use, multi-let/occupied buildings. An appreciation of net zero, sustainability and ESG. An appreciation of H&S requirements.
