Interim Strategic Leader (SEN)

Interim Strategic Leader Panoramic is supporting an SEN Schools group based in the South West of England in their recruitment for an interim Strategic Leader, to join them ASAP until the Christmas term and possibly beyond. Their preference is for this to be 4 days per week on-site. As Interim Strategic Leader your focus will be personalised teaching - working with teachers in class to develop and improve quality of SEN practise in the classroom. You will need to have an excellent understanding of SEN practise and legislation and how this translates into quality Teaching and Learning. There will be no teaching, but an element of operational oversight and on-site presence as a Senior Leader. Interviews will take place as soon as the back end of w/c 8th September, with a view to start ASAP. Paid on a day rate Outside IR35.
