Site Manager, Ballymoney - Private Housing

Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Managers for this vacancy, with the project due to commence at the end of September 2025. .This Main Contractor have a large number of projects due to come to site and require a Site Manager with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget. 2 x Projects , 14no units and 40no units. Traditional Build, 3 bed semi-detached Location: Ballymoney area Project start date: September 2025 Package around £45 - 50k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided. Duties to include : - Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget - Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff - Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies - Health & Safety / Risk assessments - Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping Key skills: - 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects. - High level of finishing - First Aid qualification - Strict Health & Safety - CSR Gold Card desirable - Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover This position is immediately available and our client hope to interview ASAP. .They are offering a market leading remuneration package and will provide a challenging yet exciting working environment.
