Project Manager – £20m Landmark Scheme Location: London | Salary: Up to £90,000 package We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a high-profile £20m construction project in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on complex builds, client-facing delivery, and managing multi-disciplinary teams from pre-construction through to handover. The Role As Project Manager, you will be accountable for: Independently leading a £20m project through all phases. Managing programme, budget, and quality to deliver on client expectations. Leading site and project teams, including subcontractors and consultants. Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring strong communication throughout. Driving safety, compliance, and sustainability standards. Reporting to senior leadership with regular progress updates and risk management. About You Proven experience delivering construction or fit-out projects in excess of £15m. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large site teams. Commercially astute with a track record of delivering on programme and budget. Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
