Development Manager / Team Lead – C# - Rates/FX etrading Pricing Platform Our client, a leading investment bank based in London is currently hiring for a Development Manager/Team Lead for their Rates/FX Pricing Platform. The team are predominantly responsible for server side C#. This is a permanent role paying up to £170,000 basic salary plus package. The role is based in London on a hybrid work pattern. You will you will lead the design, development, and ongoing evolution of the global pricing platform. The team is made up of 12 Developers currently. You will be responsible for the management of the team, hiring of Developers and the long term design and vision of the platforms evolution. Why join? About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience leading distributed, high-availability platform development within a front-office pricing environment. Demonstrated capability in managing and mentoring small, expert technical teams. Strong technical background, ideally with server-side C# development experience. Deep knowledge of FX and Rates products, and a desire to be hands-on with trading and quant teams. A proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, strategic vision, and delivery focus.
