We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale our Events Catering division across a dynamic portfolio of venues and off-site event locations . About My client is a fast-growing, premium events catering company working with iconic venues, corporate clients, and private events across the UK. From intimate receptions to large-scale festivals and galas, they pride themselves on delivering creativity, precision, and high-end hospitality. The Role As Head of Operations , you will be at the helm of our multi-site events catering operations. You will lead a team of events managers, chefs, logistics coordinators, and service staff, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of events from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple venues and event sites Manage, mentor, and develop a team of operational and on-site leaders Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Event Design teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction Implement and monitor operational processes to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency Lead logistics, staffing, compliance, health & safety, and supplier relationships Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of event delivery Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on profitability and growth About You Proven experience in a senior operations role within high-end events catering or hospitality Experience managing multiple sites, venues, or large-scale event operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail Passionate about food, service, and creating exceptional experiences Why Join Us?
